This means that materials that have not been accessed regularly or recently will be archived instead of migrated to the new platform.
If you have essential materials you use via the SERCO VLE please contact elearningsupport@adamsmith.ac.uk
to confirm their migration.
Materials on the current SERCO VLE will not be deleted, however, they may not be migrated to the new platform unless there has been a significant level of use or you have contacted the team to request migration of materials.
Materials which don't get migrated, will be stored/archived and, overtime, will become unavailable via the new platform - this means students/lecturers will not be able to access the materials.
We would like to stress the importance of informing the eLearning Services team via the new helpdesk if you need materials to be migrated as there are materials which cannot be tracked in terms of usage and are likely to be archived rather than migrated.
